Cartes is a tool built for agencies that handle their clients' restaurant menus — dishes, drinks, posters — end to end, right through to layout and print, so they can run the whole process from one place. It solves a familiar problem: approvals bouncing back and forth over email and loose documents, with the risk of losing track of who approved what, or laying out a menu that wasn't actually the final version. 

With Cartas, the client reviews and approves each menu, and can also build the next version themselves starting from the previous one. Because it always starts from what was already printed, the system keeps track of exactly what changed from one menu to the next, which makes life a lot easier for whoever's laying it out. Nothing goes to print until it's genuinely signed off, and nothing gets lost along the way.
