Development of the web platform for the Enterprize Awards, run by Generali. The platform supports multiple open calls at once, each with its own categories and custom fields configurable from the admin panel. Applicants can register, fill in and edit their entries, and check their history of past participations.
From the backoffice, the organising team reviews applications, keeps track of deadlines for each call, and sends automatic notifications to participants. There's also room to set up categories, winners and eligibility requirements, and to keep FAQs and other edition-specific details up to date.
The backoffice also handles more advanced features: email campaigns, UTM tracking, CTA event tracking, and a waitlist for people who want to apply once a call has already closed.
The whole system was custom-built on Laravel, with particular attention paid to security.
